Bob credits his experience as a successful home flipper for giving him an edge and a knowledge of costs and working within budget. He has also collaborated on a team with a house stager and is an accomplished artist and trained counselor.

For a recent home seller, for example, Bob recommended to not replace the fiberglass bathtub – to just paint the bathroom and replace fixtures. “Spend the money in the kitchen by getting rid of dated countertops and make all your appliances match,” he suggested. “That will sell the house.”

In his free time, Bob enjoys the outdoors, hiking, working out at the gym, painting and immersing himself in creative projects.

“I’ve really gotten into baking and cooking lately. My mom was a great baker, so I’m sort of carrying on the tradition,” he ways. “I’m also currently making lots of varieties of homemade ice cream.”
